Ahmed Maher

Ahmed Maher born in 1999. He is working as an Assistant Lecturer at the Faculty of Arts, Department of Libraries and Information science, Minya University. Alongside his academic career, He is also an active visual artist, consistently engaging with the art scene.
Since 2016, He has participated in various artistic events, workshops, and exhibitions. His works are heavily influenced by Surrealism, exploring themes of self-dialogue, morality, alienation, and human nature. He strive to create a visual journey where unconscious symbolism merges with conscious thought. His practice includes painting with oil colors, acrylics, and pastels, as well as working with recycled materials to integrate sustainability into his artistic expression.

Workshops & Sustainable Art Initiatives
He has attended several workshops focusing on sustainable art and recycling, organized by world art forum for development foundation in collaboration with:

- The National Academy for Youth Training
- Fahim foundation
These workshops resulted in three major exhibitions:
- “Bank Nut 1” – National Institute for Governance
- “Bank Nut 2” – In collaboration with the World Youth Forum at the National Training Academy
- “Bank Nut 3” – Talaat Harb Museum
